  I went here a few times and it was fine. Yesterday I brought my 8 year old and had to bring my 4 year old along which has never been an issue in the past. When I got there the doctors husband came in and said he would be next door waiting for her. The dental assistants were rude and wanted my 4year old to go play in the play room by herself while I stayed with my other child. She was not comfortable staying there alone so I had her in the room, again we have always done this and never had an issue. The doctor came in and asked me to step out for the novocaine which I am always present for. She then said I could come in and that my daughter could go to the play room. I explained she won't stay by herself I. There and her and the assistant looked at eachother and rolled their eyes. They started to work right away, I could tell she was rushed trying to meet her husband. My daughter was crying while she was working in her tooth because it wasn't totally numb and she never stopped just told her to breath. My youngest moved on the bench because I stood up to hold her sisters hand. I called to complain today and the clinical coordinator told me siblings weren't allowed in the rooms but nobody ever explained that to me and it had never been an issue the other 6 times we had been there. She told me that I need to arrange childcare for my other child next time and that it was actually documented that my other daughter was jumping on the bench in the room! Wow! I'm never going back!
