  I started crossfit about 6 months ago. After visiting 5 or 6 gyms I joined CrossFit Eternal Davidson. They are a step above in terms of gym/equipment and staff. You'll feel like family the first day you walk in and their coaches have a nice balance of pushing you to your limits while maintaining safety. The 101 program was a good way to introduce me to CrossFit and build an understanding of the different moves. Their WODs include a mix of weight training, cardio, and stretching. The coaches are always available to discuss nutrition as well. This is a total fitness environment!
